Smile: I have no real fear of dentists, just of one procedure, tooth extraction. Not a fear of pain, a fear of teeth coming out, a phobia from childhood. If I was ever going to smile again though I would have to have something done about my hideous disfiguring front teeth. I tried cosmetic dentist after dentist but none could get me past that phobia. Then I found perfect smile studio's. They offered something really different, they cared, really cared. They worked to understand my phobia, worked to understand my needs as an MTF TS, on the day offered tranquilisation and the most considerate care imaginable. All these photographs were taken on the 26th April 2006, just one day after 4 hours of dental surgery. Such was the care I had no bad effects at all
