Gender Reassignment Surgery: On the 8th November 2007 my physical genitalia were surgically reassigned to be congruent with my natural Gender, now a female brain in a female, not a male, body.  At 8.50pm I woke up from a deep sleep and for the very first time in the whole of my life I did not feel "different". I was whole, complete, content and happy beyond words. I hope the pictures on this and the following page can convey a fraction of that happiness.
The following morning.  Waiting for my lift to take me to Hospital
The night before admittance. Driven to a hotel in Brighton, a family dinner.
Arrival: The excitement. No fear. No apprehension. Just an awesome contented feeling that the end of a nightmare was now here.
Admitted and shown to my room the day before surgery. My happiness and excitement was just boiliing over.
That clock: THe following evening, wheeled into a room wondering where I was, I saw that clock. It said 8.50pm. I then knew where I was, knew what had happened, felt a contented happiness I had never ever felt before in my life.
